Adult Residential Centre

Our organization began in 1980, when we opened our Adult Residential Centre in Dayspring. The centre provides a home for individuals with disabilities where support staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff help residents with daily routines and support them in learning life skills.

The home also has licensed practical nurses who help monitor health needs, an on-site dietitian, and staff who provide meals, housekeeping, and building maintenance. Residents can join our in-house recreation therapy program that offers meaningful daily activities both at the centre and in the community.

The facility is licensed and regularly inspected by the Department of Opportunities and Social Development.

Living in our Adult Residential Centre includes having access to the following:

  • Licensed Practical Nurses on Staff

  • A Designated General Practitioner

  • An On-Site Dietician
