MyCommunity Networks

Discover new skills, make meaningful connections, and explore your community—your way.

We offer personalized support to help individuals build life skills, get involved in their communities, and prepare for work or volunteer opportunities. Support can be one-on-one or in small groups, based on what works best for you.

You decide what you want to focus on, such as:
• Fun activities and recreation
• Becoming more active
• Making friends and community connections
• Learning life skills like cooking or budgeting
• Preparing for a job or volunteer role

Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your goals and matches you with the right support staff. Support hours are flexible to fit your schedule and your life.

“The program provides work skills, community integration opportunities, and personal skill building for the persons served. The staff members are engaged and creative, and they work to ensure that choice is incorporated into everyone’s days. Persons served are happy with the tasks they can participate in and feel very supported.”
